At InspireKids, we’re more than a clinic—we’re a family-driven team working to transform the lives of children ages 4–12 navigating emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. Based in Garfield Heights, Ohio, our state-of-the-art facility offers Day Treatment (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and community-based programs that provide a compassionate, structured, and supportive environment.


We are hiring a Case Manager to play a central role in the care and recovery of our young patients. This position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with children and families, providing behavioral health support, care coordination, and advocacy within a multidisciplinary team.


What You’ll Do


Behavioral Health Support

  • Provide direct supervision and support for children in treatment
  • Help implement individualized treatment plans in a structured, therapeutic environment
  • Monitor and document behavior, participation, and progress
  • Support activities of daily living, including hygiene and meals
  • Lead structured therapeutic and social-emotional group activities
  • Use trauma-informed strategies to de-escalate and respond to crises
  • Escort children to sessions and appointments as needed
  • Communicate with therapists and medical staff to ensure continuity of care


Care Coordination

  • Serve as a liaison for families navigating mental health, legal, and school systems
  • Support communication with courts, probation officers, and community providers
  • Help children and caregivers access services such as education, housing, and aftercare
  • Provide psychoeducation to families about behavioral health and development
  • Participate in discharge planning and aftercare coordination
  • Attend clinical staff meetings and contribute to treatment planning

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records, case notes, and service logs in compliance with policy
  • Adhere to HIPAA, safety, and child welfare standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements:

Qualifications & Requirements


Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, or youth services (6–12 months preferred)


Key Skills

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Capable of maintaining a safe, structured environment
  • Skilled in crisis de-escalation and trauma-informed care
  • Organized and timely with documentation
  • Able to build trust with children and families from diverse backgrounds
  • Committed to ethical standards and patient confidentiality

Licensure/Certifications

  • CPR certification preferred
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
