experience to assist patients in understanding and navigating high-cost treatments. The
ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a patient-centered mindset,
and the ability to manage complex treatment plans effectively.

Key Qualifications and Skills
 Patient Education: Ability to clearly and empathetically educate patients about
treatment options, associated costs, and expected outcomes.
 Healthcare Sales/Marketing Experience: Prior experience in healthcare sales or
spa treatment facilities, particularly in managing complex, high-cost, or elective
treatments.
 Patient Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage patient expectations
and address concerns related to expensive or elective treatments.
 Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple
tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
-Patient Scheduling: Coordinate appointments for consultations, high-cost treatments,
and procedures while optimizing provider availability.
- Patient Communication: Provide clear instructions, reminders, and compassionate
support to patients via phone, email, or in person.
- Treatment Presentation: Present detailed treatment plans to patients in an
understandable and professional manner.
- Insurance Verification: Verify insurance coverage and ensure all prerequisites for
appointments are met.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA
regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and providers to ensure continuity
of care and a seamless patient experience.
- Conflict Resolution: Manage scheduling conflicts effectively while maintaining a
positive patient experience.
