About the Role
Works under the general direction of a physician, coordinating seamless patient care delivery in surgical or non‑surgical settings and acting as patient advocate to ensure access throughout clinic services.
Required Qualifications
1 year experience in a medical/healthcare setting or two years in a customer service role.
Prior experience providing high level of customer service in a fast paced environment, including handling confidential data with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.
