Position Overview:
We are a plastic surgery office located in vibrant San Francisco, specializing in cosmetic and surgical procedures as well as advanced non-surgical treatments. We seek a dynamic and motivated Sales and Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will guide patients through their aesthetic journey, from initial consultation to post-procedure care. You will educate patients about our services, assist them in making informed decisions, and ensure a seamless and positive treatment experience. Ideal candidates will focus on consultative selling, follow up on inquiries, create monthly marketing plans, and perform other sales-related functions.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conduct the sales process by presenting treatment options and guiding patients through decision-making.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and patient satisfaction metrics.
Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing patients, both in-person and over the phone.
Provide excellent patient liaison services.
Schedule and coordinate consultations, surgeries, and follow-up appointments.
Provide detailed information about services, procedures, pricing, and financing options.
Conduct thorough consultations to understand patients' aesthetic concerns and goals.
Collaborate with the surgical team to develop customized treatment plans.
Manage patient inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and empathetically.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Coordinate with external vendors, such as suppliers and insurance providers, as needed.
Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional events to attract new patients and increase brand visibility.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of cosmetic surgery procedures and aesthetics.
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or patient care within healthcare or the cosmetic industry is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field preferred.
