Patient Care Coordinator – Onsite (Seattle, WA)
Pay: $25–$28/hour
Contract: 3 months with potential for permanent hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (30‑min lunch)
Location: Onsite in Seattle (Madison Center)
We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support a leading healthcare organization in Seattle. This role serves as the central check-in representative for the 7th floor and will support multiple specialty departments, including Cardiology, Diabetes Education, Endocrinology, General Surgery, and Neurology .
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and check in patients upon arrival
Verify insurance and update patient demographics in the system
Collect copays and ensure accurate payment processing
Answer patient questions and provide front-desk support
Communicate with back-office clinical staff to support smooth patient flow
Utilize systems such as EPIC , Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other online platforms
Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism
Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer service experience (healthcare, administrative, call center, hospitality, or related)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle high patient volume
Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a healthcare setting or front-desk medical office role
