Patient Care Coordinator – Onsite (Seattle, WA)
Pay: $23–$28/hour
Contract: 3 months with potential for permanent hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (30-min lunch)
Location: Onsite in Seattle (Madison Center)
We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support a leading healthcare organization in Seattle. This role serves as the central check-in representative for the 7th floor and will support multiple specialty departments, including Cardiology, Diabetes Education, Endocrinology, General Surgery, and Neurology.
Key Responsibilities• Welcome and check in patients upon arrival
• Verify insurance and update patient demographics in the system
• Collect copays and ensure accurate payment processing
• Answer patient questions and provide front-desk support
• Communicate with back-office clinical staff to support smooth patient flow
• Utilize systems such as EPIC, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other online platforms
• Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism
• 2+ years of customer service experience (healthcare, administrative, call center, hospitality, or related)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle high patient volume
• Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new systems
