Position Overview

Were hiring a full-time Palliative Care Physician to deliver high-touch, patient-centered care to individuals with complex medical needs. This role focuses on advancing care planning, managing serious illness, and improving quality of life through home visits and tele-health. Ideal for a physician who thrives on building deep, meaningful relationships with patients and families, this position blends clinical leadership with flexibility and autonomy.

Required Qualifications
  • Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO)

  • Board certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine

  • Skilled in advance care planning and goals-of-care conversations

  • Experience with Medicare Advantage, managed Medicaid, and commercial populations

  • Hospital privileges required; hospice connections are a plus

  • Proven expertise managing medication panels for medically complex patients

  • Active medical license in good standing, with no sanctions from Medicaid or Medicare

  • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed

  • Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience conducting home-based and tele-health visits

  • Availability for a full-time, permanent position (Monday thru Friday only)

Work Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday no part-time, locum, or contract work
