The ideal candidate would be committed to providing high quality and compassionate care to patients with the main purpose of providing clinical and operational leadership for the Palliative Care service line across the system.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Hospice and Palliative Care (fellowship trained with Palliative Care experience is highly preferred)
• Exceptional clinical and communication skills
• EPIC experience a plus

Position purpose:

• Growth development of the Palliative Care program
• Coordinate annual strategic planning for the service line
• Provide clinical leadership
• Ensure individual physician growth and retainment
• Advocate for Palliative Care physician needs and support
