The successful candidate will be placed according to years and months of experience for employment purposes.
Responsibilities include applying professional practice knowledge and skills, communicating effectively, demonstrating critical thinking, building relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, and engaging in clinical development. The role also involves demonstrating a basic knowledge of research, communicating clearly with the health care team, and demonstrating accountability for professional development.
Qualifications include demonstrating the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the patients served, demonstrating knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span, possessing the ability to assess data reflective of the patients status, and providing care needs as described in the department policy and procedures.
