Description We are seeking an outside marketing/outreach representative to develop strategies and build relationships to achieve sales goals. The role involves engaging with new prospects and referral sources, presenting our solutions, and expanding our market presence. Responsibilities Generate patient referrals and forecast targeted accounts
Grow existing market share and develop new referral sources
Develop and implement a marketing plan
Promote the company and nurture client relationships
Exceed revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generation goals
Identify and resolve obstacles to convert "no" into "yes"
Secure new deals and target buyers efficiently
Use prospecting and follow-up skills online, in-person, or via phone to uncover upsell opportunities
Present solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Qualifications Sales and healthcare experience required
High school diploma or equivalent; industry knowledge preferred
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
Organized, self-motivated, team-oriented, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proven top performer in sales
