Overview Physician Assistant, Palliative Care (Santa Rosa, CA) – Sutter Medical Group of the Redwoods (SMGR). The ideal candidate will have Palliative Care practice experience in an outpatient setting. This role is located in Santa Rosa, CA.
Responsibilities Provide palliative care in an outpatient setting and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
Support office- and home-based care as part of a busy, established practice.
Qualifications Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program and nationally certified by ANCC or NCCPA.
Board certified or board eligible.
Experience in comprehensive geriatric assessment.
POLST / Advance Care Directive training.
