Reporting Relationship: This position will report to the Sr. Director of Ministry
Job Brief: We are looking for a compassionate, empathetic individual who is passionate about using their gifts to love and serve others. The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, discerning, trustworthy, willing to travel on occasion, a great problem solver, and an excellent communicator. They will coordinate small-scale events, create care packages, and minister to others—ensuring that the MVP (Most Vulnerable People) the Lord has called us to serve feel loved, seen, and valued.

The Ministry Care Coordinator will help lead and coordinate key initiatives across multiple ministry areas—including W15H, Brighter Days, Adoption Aid, and Timmy’s Playroom—ensuring timely communication, excellent stewardship, and smooth execution of ministry initiatives. This person will play a vital role in helping the Tim Tebow Foundation reflect God’s heart through intentional care, meaningful connection, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
W15H & Brighter Days
· Review and respond to incoming requests for W15H and Brighter Day ministries

· Make recommendations to the Sr. Director of Ministry regarding incoming requests
· Communicate directly with other wish-granting organizations as needed
· Plan and execute all logistics for W15H and Brighter Day experiences—including travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, activities, gifts, and coordination with families, vendors, and partners—to ensure every detail reflects excellence and care
· Travel with or on behalf of TTF to host W15H experiences (typically during fall weekends) and Brighter Day experiences
· Coordinate all W15H elements of TTF’s annual Celebrity Gala & Golf Classic—including the breakfast, lunch activity, and golf experience—working closely with staff, volunteers, and vendors to create meaningful and memorable experiences for W15H families and guests
· Create thoughtful care packages for W15H and Brighter Day families
· Track and share W15H and Brighter Day updates internally
· Oversee and track W15H budgets
· Provide regular updates to the Sr. Director of Ministry
Adoption Aid
· Serve as the primary point of contact for Adoption Aid ministry partners and families
· Review family profiles and select new grant recipient families
· Maintain internal database and track all grant requests
· Assemble and send “welcome home” care packages to Adoption Aid families
· Track and share Adoption Aid updates internally
· Oversee and track Adoption Aid budget
· Provide regular updates to the Sr. Director of Ministry

Timmy’s Playroom
· Serve as primary point of contact for existing hospital partners
· Coordinate new playroom builds in collaboration with external partners and vendors
· Track and share Timmy’s Playroom updates internally
· Oversee and track Timmy’s Playroom budget
· Provide regular updates to Sr. Director of Ministry
Other Care Coordination
· Coordinate and organize opportunities for TTF staff to serve in the community
· Coordinate in-office hospitality and ministry care moments for visiting guests
· Support Night to Shine travel planning and logistics, as needed
· Support storytelling and communication efforts across W15H, Brighter Days, Adoption Aid, and Timmy’s Playroom, as needed
· Carry out other ministry-related responsibilities as assigned


Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in a service-related field, preferred
· Extremely detail-oriented and organized
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to draft thoughtful correspondence
· Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to timelines and follow-through
· Experience working with and relating to children
· High level of empathy and care for others; trauma-informed approach preferred
· Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
· Team player who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
· Demonstrated alignment with and passion for the mission and values of the Tim Tebow Foundation
