About the Role
Reports to: Regional Operations Manager
Classification: Full‑time, non‑exempt (30+ hrs/week)
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 6:50 am – 2:00 pm (some later hours for internal meetings and inventory)
Location: Redwood City, CA

Duties & Responsibilities

Welcome members and visitors, ensuring a positive experience from check‑in to checkout.

Respond promptly to calls, messages and emails, maintaining the highest communication standards.

Guide new members through account setup, program agreement, payment discussions and ongoing membership support.

Process orders, manage billing and maintain inventory for member products.

Handle mail and package distribution, including outgoing shipments, and support new hires with training and onboarding.

Collaborate with the team on projects that enhance the member experience, bringing innovative ideas to life.

Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma required; bachelor’s or associate’s degree in a related field preferred.

1–2 years of customer‑facing experience, preferably in a medical or clinical office.

Proficiency with MS Office 365, EHR/EMR systems, and scheduling/billing software.

Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Strong multitasking ability, with an eye for accuracy in a fast‑paced setting.

Ownership, accountability and initiative.

Team‑player mentality and ability to thrive in an intimate clinical environment.
