JumpstartMD has celebrated over a million pounds lost by our members and has helped thousands with hormone replacement therapy. With 14 high‑end offices across California, we are expanding and looking to add dedicated Member Care Coordinators.

Your Next Adventure
Reports to Clinician Manager. Classification: Part‑time, non‑exempt.

Schedule: Tuesday – Thursday, 6:50 am–2:00 pm, with occasional later hours, and potential additional coverage on Friday & Saturday. Location: San Francisco, CA (Embarcadero 1 Center).

Duties & Responsibilities

Be the welcoming force for members and visitors, ensuring a positive experience from the start.

Respond promptly to a bustling stream of calls, messages, and emails, setting high standards for timely communication.

Guide new members through a seamless onboarding process, fostering lasting relationships and promoting ongoing success.

Navigate order processing, billing, and maintain inventory readiness.

Manage mail and packages, including outgoing shipments, and guide new hires through setup and training.

Collaborate with the team, sparking ideas to elevate the member experience and contribute to exciting projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.

1–2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in a medical or clinical office setting.

Proficient in MS Office 365, EHR/EMR systems, and scheduling and billing systems.

Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.

High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.

Team‑player mentality; ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a clinical setting.

Compensation
Pay range: $28–$30 per hour (Embarcadero Center).
