We are looking for a qualified and experienced nurse to join our Medical Assistance team. The ideal candidate will have excellent medical report writing and critical thinking skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and understand how to prioritize and escalate cases as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily medical cases, including telephonic patient assessments and liaising with international medical professionals to obtain medical updates.
Provide expert opinions on case management to ensure the highest level of care for our clients.
Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure effective communication and case handling.
Who You Will Work With
Our Medical Assistance team is a global, multilingual group of healthcare professionals, including nurses and doctors across four continents, working together to provide 24/7 medical support, advice, and emergency services. We value teamwork and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications and Skills
Registered and qualified nurse with a minimum of 3 years clinical experience, preferably in critical care.
Proficient in medical case handling procedures and capable of managing a caseload independently.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive attitude with a 'can do' approach.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
French and/or German language skills are advantageous.
