Responsibilities Serves as a liaison for multi‑site/facility coordination and oversight of the quality, regulatory, and risk management functions, processes and programs. Responsible for facilitating activities related to the improvement of quality metrics, processes and outcomes; oversees the grievance program and is responsible for the ongoing, effective operation of various patient safety and risk management activities among multiple facilities/sites.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years QA or PI experience.
Minimum of 2 years progressive management experience.
Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a hospital setting with at least 1 year in an acute care setting.
Computer proficiency: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and hospital software programs.
Current RN license in the State of Nevada.
Working knowledge of regulations and reporting requirements related to quality, patient safety, and risk management programs.
