Qualifications:

• Current Hawaii Lpn/Lvn License / Certification
• American Heart Association BLS1 to 2 years of recent Long Term Care/Chronic Care experience

Long Term Care/Chronic Care Lpn/Lvn Contract Details:

$1,404 - $1,448 per week*Weekly pay13-week contract with possibility to extendAM shifts available
