Licensed Practical Nurse Case Manager - Employee Health
Location: Bethel, Alaska
Salary: $18,750, 3 years sign on, $15,000 relocation, and retention bonus eligible.

Position Summary
Oversees the Employee Health Program of YKHC, including initial assessment, employee immunization program, and workers compensation. The program support needs include data collection, data maintenance, and statistical computation.
Responsibilities
Manage initial employee health assessments and immunization schedules.
Coordinate workers compensation processes and maintain related data.
Collect and maintain program data and perform statistical analysis.
Ensure compliance with TJC/OSHA regulations and maintain certifications (BLS, ACLS).
Provide office support with computer, telephone, fax, and copier equipment.
Qualifications
Completed a new program of education from a NLN approved institution; BSN preferred, LPN minimum, experience may substitute at the discretion of the VP of Hospital Services.
At least 4 years of nursing experience, preferably in an adult care setting.
Licensed as an LPN or RN in good standing with the State of Alaska or another state; certification in BLS, ACLS and employee/occupational health preferred, if not possessed upon hire one has one year from date of hire to obtain AHA BLS.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and nursing competencies.
