* Required: Master’s Degree in a Behavioral Science field from an accredited college or university.* Demonstrated competency to become credentialed as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) as defined by OAR. The incumbent is expected to keep certification current and in compliance with the OAR’s., \**or have the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire** Understanding of recovery model, motivational interviewing, illness management and recovery, evidence-based practices, and strength-based case management philosophies and strategies.* Understand and align with harm reduction philosophies, cultural responsiveness, and trauma informed care.* Knowledge of best practices.* Operate computer hardware and software at a level needed to effectively perform job functions.* Ability to commute to other locations.* Ability to perform BPR, First Aid, and effectively use AED equipment.
