Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor clinical informatics applications and projects within assigned sites

Provide support and training for clinical staff in the use of information and communication systems

Analyze informatics issues, develop recommended solutions, and manage implementation processes

Collaborate with clinical education and training teams to develop curriculum and training materials

Conduct competency assessments and deliver targeted education and training interventions

Qualifications

Current RN License in the state of practice or covered by compact

Master’s degree in Nursing or Informatics

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a clinical setting

Strong knowledge of clinical information systems and technology

Proven ability to analyze data and solve complex problems

Preferred Qualifications

ANCC Nursing Informatics certification or CPHIMS certification

Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience as a credentialed Epic Trainer or Analyst

Familiarity with database management and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong leadership and mentoring skills
