Right at Home is seeking a full time Client Care Manager to join our Team!


We are a locally owned home care business that has an exceptional culture, and we are looking for a talented client care manager who can work in a fast paced environment; who has exceptional skills in communication, organization and making decisions; and who is a people person!


We offer a competitive salary with quarterly bonus potential as well as training and development opportunities.


Annual Pay: $65K base with $55K potential incentive package


Location: In-person role @ 260 State Street, Los Altos, CA (not a work from home position)

Responsibilities of the Client Care Manager:




  • Conducting client intakes, assessments, and regularly scheduled visits/wellness check-in calls




  • Developing and maintaining the client care plan, creating extraordinary client experiences and communicating with clients, families, care partners and referral sources.




  • Serving as a mentor to caregivers and supporting their care delivery.




  • Generating regular streams of new business by building relationships with facilities and representing the organization at networking events




  • Providing after-hours support for our clients, referral partners and prospective clients this support may include e-mail, telephone and/or home visits




What you'll bring (as a fantastic Client Care Manager):




  • Your passion for health and elder care




  • Prior client management, sales and or marketing experience, preferably in the health/home care industry




  • Thrive in an independent, self-motivated environment




  • Great at building and maintaining relationships




  • A calm, positive demeanor at all times and is able to effectively multitask in a high functioning office environment.




  • Excellent written and oral communication skills




  • Superb follow up skills




  • Be team oriented and comfortable collaborating with other staff




  • Tech savvy




  • Professionalism and the ability to grow our business
