The Position
As an Immigration Case Manager on our Green Card Services team, you’ll collaborate with Attorneys and fellow Case Managers to help global clients navigate the U.S. immigration process. You will manage a variety of immigration matters, including I‑140 immigrant petitions, I‑485 adjustment of status applications, and immigrant visa processing. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in helping companies and their international employees achieve their professional and strategic goals.

Location: This position can be fully remote from any U.S. location, or based in either our Troy, MI or Ann Arbor, MI office as an in‑person or hybrid role. Please note - although this role can be remote, all work must be performed within the United States.

What You’ll Do

Support employers and their international employees in a variety of occupational categories and industries, in collaboration with Attorneys.

Review and organize supporting documentation and information for use in case preparation.

Draft immigration application forms and supporting letters for Attorney review and filing.

Assist Attorneys in preparing responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) issued by government agencies.

Maintain accurate client information by logging case progression and documentation into the firm’s immigration case management system.

Track and monitor the status of pending applications and provide updates to Attorneys and clients to ensure they remain informed of progress.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What Skills And Experience You’ll Bring

1+ years of experience working in the immigration field as a Case Manager or Paralegal, including experience preparing employment‑based immigration applications.

Understanding of employment‑based green card processes, including I‑140 and I‑485.

Strong ability to manage a high caseload under strict deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.

Ability to work collaboratively with Attorneys and fellow Case Managers in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

Clear and professional communication and organizational skills.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy in preparing immigration filings.

Empathy and patience in supporting clients through complex and sometimes repetitive immigration processes.

Commitment to providing highly responsive and proactive client service.
