Housing Case Manager
ANNUAL TRAINING REQUIRED:
Non-violent crisis intervention training is required annually.
CPR and First Aid training are required for this position.
Summary:
The Housing Case Manager, as part of the Homeless Recovery Services team and in collaboration with the person served, is responsible for providing assessment, case plan development, housing placement and linkage to community resources. The Housing Case Manager provides services to an assigned caseload under the supervision of the Program Manager of Homeless Recovery Services (HRS).
