Position Overview : The position works in your surrounding communities visiting patients in their homes and is Monday-Friday with flexibility in managing your day.

Responsibilities Provide in-home hospice nursing care to patients in surrounding communities, scheduling visits Monday through Friday with flexible day management.
Qualifications Hospice experience is preferred.
