Salary and Benefits
Competitive Salary: Starting at $85,000 - $92,000

Full Support Staff
Responsibilities Monday Friday (8:30am 5:00pm)
Serve as float nurse to provide coverage across clinical areas as needed in Roswell, Atlanta, and Covington
Manage nursing care for assigned patients, ensuring high-quality support and continuity of care
Perform patient assessments and document findings accurately
Assist in developing and supporting individualized patient care plans
Communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Support patient and caregiver needs through education, coordination, and follow-up
Visit 3 - 5 patients per day
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
Requirements Clear and active RN license in the state of Georgia
Preferred experience in Hospice, Home Health, ICU, CCU, Oncology, End-of-Life Care, or MedSurg
Compassionate and dedicated approach to patient care
