Overview Description: Hospice Nurse Practitioner (NP) Part-time
Mainly Coshocton/ Muskingum/ Guernsey counties. Part-time hours anytime between M-F 8a-5p. No on-call.
As a Hospice Nurse Practitioner (NP) you will be called to care when youre needed most. As part of Interim HealthCare, youll support a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients.
Responsibilities As a Hospice Nurse Practitioner (NP) You Will: Prescribe medications including controlled substances to the extent delegated and licensed
Prepare and maintain accurate patient records, charts and documents to support sound medical practice and reimbursement for services provided
Qualifications Licensure: Current license Advanced Practice Nurse and Registered Nurse (RN) in the state associated with this position.
Controlled Substance license
Hospice Or Home Health Experience Preferred, Not Not Required
