We are currently hiring a Home Health Case Manager for a small, well-established, and highly rated Home Health company serving patients in the Evanston area.
The ideal candidate will find a supportive management team that is friendly and experienced. The administrator has previously been a CNA and RN, and now leads the company with a focus on employee and patient care.
We welcome applications from new graduates and experienced nurses from all fields interested in home health, with excellent training provided.
