Summary Responsible for ensuring that all healthcare providers are in compliance with the HEDIS measures.
This involves reviewing medical records and other documentation to ensure that the required data is being collected and reported accurately.
Works closely with healthcare providers to help them identify areas where they can improve their performance and meet the requirements of the HEDIS program.
Additionally, responsible for communicating with patients to help them understand the importance of the HEDIS program and how it impacts their healthcare.
Ultimately, plays a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and that healthcare providers are held accountable for meeting the standards set by the HEDIS program.
Required Qualifications Associate degree in healthcare and 4 years of HEDIS Quality Metrics
OR high school diploma and 6 years of HEDIS experience
OR high school diploma and 8 years of insurance and health care data analysis
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare and 5 years of HEDIS Quality Metrics and LPN
