Hedis Reviewer Compensation

• The pay for this position is 40.97 per hour

Hedis Reviewer Highlights

• The required availability for this position is Mon-Friday 8-5PM
• Must live in or near West Virginia for potential onsite visits to provider offices

Hedis Reviewer Responsibilities

• Participates in the collection and review of medical records to abstract clinical information for HEDIS quality reporting.
• Interprets relevant clinical criteria through review of medical records and annotates via Adobe PDF.
• Ensures accurate documentation of required information to meet risk management, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
• Completes assigned abstraction and data entry each day.
• Works with provider offices to schedule/confirm appointments and follow up on medical record submission.
• Maintains confidentiality of PHI, adhering to HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules.
• Identifies trends and documents areas for improvement.

Hedis Reviewer Requirements

• 4 or more years of experience Hedis auditing and abstracting medical records required
• Medical knowledge/terminology is required.
• Participates in the audit/overread of the medical record collection and review process for HEDIS quality reporting.
• High School Diploma or GED required
