About the Role: Palliative care is centered on improving quality of life for patients and their families facing chronic or serious illness. Our goal is to provide comprehensive medical and emotional support that relieves symptoms and enhances comfort, helping patients feel their best every day.
Qualifications:
Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in good standing.
Experience in palliative care or related fields preferred.
Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work 40‑hour schedules, including nights and weekends as required.
Compensation: Starting salary $115,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, internal equity, and market data.
