Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator

Our high-end aesthetic office is seeking a new Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face to our practice. If you are a confident multitasker with excellent organizational and communication skills with a flair for helping patients feel their best, we would love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
Schedule appointments and managing the electronic booking system
Coordinate with providers to ensure seamless patient flow
Educate patients on services, skin care products and special programs
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Handle phone and email inquiries with a patient-focused approach
Maintain an inviting reception area
Qualifications:
Associates degree and/or Bachelors degree in complimentary area of study
Previous front desk, customer service or medical office/med spa experience preferred
Strong communication, organization and multitasking skills
Experience with scheduling software or education in hospitality is a plus
Professional appearance, positive and friendly demeanor required
