Role Sanarte needs field nurse case managers to serve our clients in the Greater Houston Area. Full-time, Part-time, and contract opportunities are immediately available. Our Nurse Case Managers are responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to patients, assessing their needs, and developing individualized care plans. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals and insurance providers to coordinate and implement necessary healthcare services. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Position is eligible for bi-weekly performance bonuses.
Qualifications
Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience in case management
Strong knowledge of healthcare systems and insurance processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred
