Experienced Personal Injury Case Manager - Farsi Speaker

We are a high-volume, fast-paced personal injury law firm committed to delivering exceptional results and compassionate client service. We are seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Case Manager who thrives under pressure, stays highly organized, and goes above and beyond to make clients feel supported. Fluency in Farsi OR Armenian is required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases with clear liability from start to settlement.
• Deliver outstanding client communication—keep clients informed, reassured, and satisfied throughout their case.
• Coordinate medical treatment and monitor progress to ensure proper care.
• Handle property damage resolution, including communication with insurance and repair shops.
• Collect, organize, and prepare medical records and bills for demand preparation.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date case files in case management software for a high-volume caseload.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters to provide updates and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Pre-Litigation Case Manager in a personal injury law firm.
• Proven ability to handle a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of PI processes, medical treatment coordination, and demand preparation.
• Exceptional client service skills—empathetic, patient, and proactive communicator.
• Fluency in Farsi OR Armenian is a must.
• Proficient in legal case management software Filevine
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of multitasking effectively.
