Director of Quality Improvement (RN) is a hospital based position and will direct the Quality and Patient Safety Department with a team of five direct reports.

About the Director of Quality Improvement (RN)
The Director of Quality Improvement (RN) will provide the strategic direction for the department, ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, manage and mentor your team, develop goals and objectives for the department, establish positive and collaborative relationships across the hospital and health system, and manage the financial performance for the department. Qualifications & Requirements for Director of Quality Improvement (RN) Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required / Master's degree preferred.
Minimum seven (7) years nursing experience with at least three (3) years progressive Quality Department leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting (Manager level or above).
CPHQ is preferred.
Effective team builder who is able to manage multiple projects, provide the strategic vision for the department, and build positive staff and physician relationships.
