DI and Telemedicine Inside Sales Consultant
Compunnel Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to generate leads for Diagnostic Imaging and Telemedicine solutions remotely across the U.S. (East Coast only).
Location: Remote (US) – East Coast only
Time frame: Immediate need through at least November 21st with potential for extension.
Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm EST (some flexibility based on time zone).
Expectations: 40 calls per day, with 5‑10 qualified leads generated daily.
Outbound Calling Proficiency
Comfortable making high‑volume daily outbound calls (target ~40 calls/day)
Capable of engaging prospects and generating 5–10 qualified leads per day
Communication Skills
Strong verbal communication with professional phone presence
Can quickly and naturally build trust with people
Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive customer experience
Self‑Management and Independence
Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly performance targets
Organized and disciplined in managing call lists and follow‑ups
Technical Skills
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes
Experience
Previous experience in healthcare or medical technology sales preferred (not required)
Previous experience in a lead generation/business development role
Understanding of lead qualification and pipeline development
Maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities in a high‑volume outbound calling and email environment.
Lead WebPACS, CardioPet, and Telemedicine product sales pursuits within the assigned territory, handling opportunity identification and customer nurture journey.
Book product demonstrations for the Veterinary Imaging Consultant and Diagnostic Imaging Specialist using a collaborative approach.
Develop, implement, and maintain a lead generation network with the field sales ecosystem for the assigned territory.
Consistently achieve quarterly & annual quotas.
Collaborate with Companion Animal Group (CAG) Commercial team to ensure customer’s overall satisfaction.
Gather feedback from customers to contribute to product development, sales and marketing strategy, and activities.
Positively promote and represent the brand.
What you need to succeed
3+ years of relevant experience. Animal health/veterinary or human healthcare industry preferred.
Ability to strengthen relationships with Veterinary Imaging Consultant, Veterinary Imaging Account Manager, Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, CAG Commercial team, VetSoft Sales team.
Executes core activities with some assistance/guidance from manager.
Entry‑level knowledge across Diagnostic Imaging and Telemedicine.
Independently handles lower complexity deals and works with manager on more complex opportunities.
