As a Clinical Consultant, you are responsible for driving the customer through the design of clinical and business processes, solution and technology workflow, and successful adoption that will lead to achieved value. Manage ongoing relationships with customers, providing clinical subject matter expertise focusing on customer success in utilizing Oracle's solutions. Using Oracle's implementation approach and methodology, the Clinical Consultant will assist in change management, help identify opportunities for improvement, guide customers through workflow reviews and is responsible for achieving the project's targeted outcomes.

Responsibilities include: An experienced Dentistry professional with a broad understanding of practices and solutions responsible for guiding customers through the change process required to achieve defined key performance indicators related to adoption of the electronic health record across services. Utilizing effective consulting skills during project events, the Clinical Consultant will coordinate integration of clinical activities and workflow reviews, provide limited solution specific electronic health record build, facilitate business process change and provide change management consulting to ensure that organizational aspects are addressed as new enabling technologies are implemented.

Basic qualifications include: a Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene, Clinical Studies, Healthcare or Related Health Science field or a combination of 6-years combined related work experience and completed higher education. Professional licensure required: Registered Dental Hygienist - State Board. Clinical Healthcare Information Technology work experience. At minimum 5-years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education. Receipt of appropriate security clearance card applicable for the position. Due to client contract this role requires US citizenship. Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position. Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.

Preferred qualifications include: Masters Degree and/or certification in related fields. At least 4-years of people management experience. At least 1-year of healthcare information technology in consulting, project management, sales, or consulting work experience. Background in working with Federal agencies. Experience implementing large scale Electronic Health Record (E.H.R.) projects. Please note that this role can require 80% - 100% travel.
