Responsibilities Our Customer Care Coordinators (CCC) are the first point of contact for prospective customers. They answer and return phone calls and emails from customers seeking solutions, ensure Lifeway’s products meet customer needs, and schedule the Lifeway Sales team for initial evaluations.
Qualify leads, prepare the prospective customer and any family members for the evaluation, and ensure that all notes are entered in the CRM with comprehensive detail.
Use our ERP system to track interactions and provide detailed notes for Sales Consultants to ensure a seamless handoff and a timely, efficient customer experience.
Collaborate closely with the sales team and local branch to take care of customers quickly and effectively, ensuring Sales Consultants have the information needed for a successful evaluation in the customer\'s home.
Qualifications 2+ years in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in the MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM software
Desire to work for a company providing solutions that reduce falls and enable individuals to live independently
