Customer Care Coordinator | White Plains, NY
We’re working with a well-established technology solutions provider that serves clients across the healthcare industry, helping them simplify operations and improve customer experiences. They are seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to join their growing client support team.
This is an onsite Monday–Friday position. You’ll manage a mix of inbound calls and emails, resolve issues on the first contact, and provide helpful guidance so customers can get the most value out of the company’s products and services.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to inbound calls and emails, providing quick and accurate resolutions
Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain detailed case records
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
Provide basic product training and encourage adoption of new features
Track, manage, and follow up on open tickets until resolution
Maintain professionalism and a high level of customer satisfaction
What You’ll Bring:
2+ years in customer service, call center, or client support roles
Ability to manage high daily volumes (30+ calls and 20+ emails)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Payment or healthcare technology background a plus
