Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Paul Davis Restoration of Southeast St. Louis is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role supports customers and internal teams in a fast-paced environment by coordinating restoration services, handling inbound communication, and ensuring accurate documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a dynamic setting.

Compensation: $17$21/hour (based on experience) Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
  • Coordinate job intake, dispatch, and ongoing communication
  • Collect, review, and manage job documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Provide support to emergency mitigation teams
  • Track job progress and follow up on outstanding items
  • Assist with administrative tasks and team projects
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic approach in all customer interactions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solver with a positive attitude
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
