Position OverviewThe Cost Control and Quality Improvement Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring that SwiftX maintains optimal operational efficiency while delivering top-tier service to our e-commerce partners. This role focuses on monitoring and reducing operational costs—including delivery service provider (DSP) expenses, daily warehouse utilization, and other operational expenditures—while driving continuous quality improvement initiatives across the organization.
