Overview
South Central Behavioral Health Clinic – Jamestown, ND – Continuous Quality Improvement Manager

Be part of the solution to the behavioral health crisis. As a team member for the ND Department of Health & Human Services, you will help ensure the most vulnerable have access to a high-quality healthcare system in which prevention works, treatment is effective, and people recover.

Responsibilities

The Continuous Quality Improvement Manager (CQIM) is an integral member of the Southeast BHC Leadership Team.

Monitor clinical and operational data, maintain knowledge of regional and statewide policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with Council on Accreditation (COA) accreditation, state licensing, and certification standards.

Focus on coordinated care and the use of evidence-based practices.

Assist the BHC Leadership Team with rapid change cycles to address identified deficits.

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree and two years of related work experience in quality management, project management, or data analysis. Additional work experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.

Preferred certifications include Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher), Prosci Change Management, or other related credentials.

Demonstrated experience applying Model for Improvement, Implementation Science, or Agile Implementation frameworks in healthcare, behavioral health, or government programs.

Familiarity with federal and state health reporting requirements, outcome measurement frameworks, and program accountability systems.

Clinical experience strongly preferred (e.g., LPC, LMSW/LCSW, Psychologist, Nurse, or other behavioral health professional with experience in care delivery, compliance, or quality improvement).

Non-clinical experience in behavioral healthcare administration, clinic operations, hospital quality, or health system performance improvement will also be considered and valued.

This position requires a valid driver\'s license and successful completion of the assigned defensive driving course during new-hire orientation.

Location
This is an onsite position. However, a hybrid model could be used on a case-by-case basis.
