Provide comprehensive employment-based case management services to low-income individuals and families. Work with participants to develop appropriate case plans and goals. Provide ongoing assessment and support, assisting participants in utilizing internal and community resources to meet their needs. Process emergency assistance services for individuals and families.
Physical Demands
While performing these duties, employees may occasionally need to stand, walk, sit, use hands, drive a vehicle, talk, and hear. They must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds.
