Job Description
AccessBehavioral Health Services is currently looking for dedicated individuals who enjoy working with people in a fast paced environment. We are looking for self-motivated people wanting to work for a fun, forward thinking company, working to meet the needs of the mentally ill within the community. CBRS (formerly PSR) engage with their clients to help in rebuilding social skills, re-learning basic living skills, learning to manage their personal funds, and learning how to interact in the community and manage their psychiatric symptoms. Case Management works with individuals and their families to access the resources needed to create an environment that supports recovery, growth, and stability. This position offers flexible schedules including day, evening and weekend hours. This is a full-time or part-time position working with both children and adults, providing both CBRS and CM. Access BHS provides comprehensive training including classroom time.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to help rebuild social skills and re-learn basic living skills.

Help clients learn to manage personal funds and interact in the community.

Assist with managing psychiatric symptoms in daily life.

Coordinate with case management to access resources for recovery, growth, and stability.

Support services for both children and adults as part of CBRS and CM roles.

Participate in training provided by Access BHS.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from a nationally accredited university, preferably in Primary Education, Special Education, Adult Education, Counseling, Human Services, Early Childhood Development, Family Science, Psychology, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or Social Work (with current state license).

18 years or older.

Must pass a background check.

Must have a car and a valid driver's license and valid car insurance.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $25 per hour.

Pay: Competitive depending on experience with benefits for full-time employees, including insurance, paid vacation, continuing education assistance, PRA (CPRP) certification assistance, bonuses, and paid training.
