Join our team as a day shift, full‑time Critical Care Registered Nurse Clinical Educator in Tulsa, OK.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement nursing clinical education programs and clinical competence.
Plan, organize, and execute education/training programs based on needs assessments, quality improvement, and new products or technology.
Assist in the effective operation through teamwork, customer service/satisfaction, quality assurance, adherence to legal and financial regulations, and policy development.
Collaborate with education team members and facility leadership on global hospital education initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Current, unrestricted Oklahoma RN license.
BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
ACLS certification.
Preferred Qualifications
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
3–5 years nursing education experience.
Critical care services experience.
