Reports to the Director/Manager in the BMG Administration Department. Responsible for clinical staff training, including RN/LPN/CMA/RMA/CCMA/CCA and other clinical positions within BMG. Conducts train-the-trainer classes, assesses staff needs, plans, coordinates, instructs, and evaluates training programs. Serves as a resource to staff.

Provides clinical training through group and individual instruction, including needs analysis, program development, lesson planning, and evaluation. Conducts train-the-trainer sessions, prepares administrative materials, monitors staff progress, and serves as an educational resource. Maintains necessary certifications such as CPR, TB, EKG, and others. Oversees training administration and compliance.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in nursing, current Indiana license, three years nursing experience, and two years in educator/trainer role.

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of training techniques, procedures, and equipment.

Ability to teach diverse staff, coordinate activities, and communicate effectively.

Leadership skills and initiative.

Working Conditions

Travel to various sites required.

Physical Demands

Must have physical stamina to perform essential functions.
