Inizio Engage has a long-standing partnership with a leading Biotechnology company supporting pediatric patients and their caregivers, across Commercial, Patient Solutions, and Medical Affairs businesses. For the Field, we are seeking a Clinical Educator to deliver educational support to identified pediatric patients, caregivers, Health Care Professionals, and office staff within primary care and specialist facilities in a designated disease state, meeting relevant company standards.

What will you be doing?

Provide disease state education, therapy, and/or medical device product education including supplemental injection/infusion/inhalation training support or technique.

Use approved Inizio/client materials without modification, copying, or redistribution.

Present educational programs in office, at home, virtual or telephonic to Healthcare Professionals, patients and caregivers, following client procedures.

Maintain high quality and superior customer service while adhering to approved talking points or scripts.

Use approved live video‑conferencing software and client websites as applicable.

Attend and complete all required training courses and competency assessments per Inizio standards.

Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers.

Facilitate services across multiple healthcare sectors as directed.

Consider innovative approaches that may create new partnership opportunities.

Complete all administrative responsibilities in a timely manner (e.g., daily computer updates, weekly activity reports, emails, time reporting).

Attend local and national meetings and conferences to stay abreast of developments and share knowledge.

Maintain all client and Inizio equipment and materials per company instructions.

Comply with all Inizio policies, SOPs, manuals, work instructions and client procedures.

Enroll patients/caregivers in educational seminars or provide resources for community care centers as approved.

Maintain professional registration and licensing per applicable state laws; RN license required.

Be available during working hours to answer queries.

Possess a full valid US driver’s license and report any offenses or penalty points immediately.

What do you need for this position?

Qualified HCP with current state license.

At least an associate degree, Bachelor’s, BSN, or equivalent work‑related experience.

Preferred: minimum 3 years’ experience in endocrinology, pediatrics, or related field.

Ability to join frequent meetings and calls without disruption.

Effective, professional communication skills.

Ability to present to physicians and office staff.

Demonstrable organizational skills.

Self‑starter with high personal motivation.

Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant telephone manner.

Competency with call‑center telephone technology preferred.

Evidence of continuous professional development.

Willingness to travel for the field role.
