We need a high‑performing, experienced Clinical Data Specialist that is responsible for the abstraction, analysis, investigation, reporting and follow‑up for quality indicators/measures from internal and external initiatives to improve patient care, processes of care and outcomes.

Your Job Requirements

Associate or Bachelor's degree, science emphasis or commensurate healthcare experience

CPHQ or other quality certification preferred

Current license in the State of Texas as a registered or licensed vocational nurse preferred

3 – 5 years clinical experience preferable in general medical/surgical nursing or patient care; or 3‑5 years experience as a healthcare professional

Methodist Charlton Medical Center is a 314‑bed, full‑service, acute care teaching hospital that serves Cedar Hill, DeSoto, Duncanville, and Lancaster in southwestern Dallas County.
