Overview Clinical Consultant - Carolinas and Virginia (Sales)
We are hiring Clinical Consultant for Carolinas and Virginia Territory. Ideal candidate must live within the territory. The Clinical Consultant - Surgical Solutions will provide education to clinicians on the intended use of TIDI products by conducting in-person product presentations, evaluations, and in-services. They are responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, as well as expanding business within acute care facilities in their territory, including Hospitals, and Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain clinical relationships within territory accounts via personal appointments and meetings with key decision makers including clinicians and others who impact the sales process.
Conduct in-person product presentations, evaluations and in-services to educate clinicians on the intended use of TIDI's products.
Partner with Territory Manager to manage territory pipeline using Salesforce.com CRM to ensure a healthy sales pipeline centered around key sales priorities.
Develop a plan to achieve revenue target in territory.
Achieve or exceed Sales Budget for Territory (Quota).
Advance sales opportunities in accounts once they have reached the Evaluation stage, to move through the sales process to Closed Won.
Work with clinicians to identify additional use cases for products to expand utilization in current customers.
Conduct regular Teams calls with Territory Managers to increase and support their knowledge of the Surgical Solutions products and selling into the clinical market.
Train Territory Managers as needed in operating room and hospital environment, product usage and implementation.
Maintain training and education detail in Salesforce.com.
Represent TIDI Surgical Solutions products at national and regional meetings and training events.
Obtain and maintain vendor credentialing memberships to adhere to customer vendor requirements.
Adhere to all medical device regulatory responsibilities including FDA, HIPAA and Sunshine Act.
Follow the company's expense policy and submit expenses in a timely manner per company requirements.
All other activities as requested by management such as timely response to internal requests from TIDI co-workers, conference calls with management, sales meetings.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or associate degree in health sciences and 3 or more years of clinical experience in the surgical environment.
Extensive healthcare sales experience acceptable in-lieu of health sciences degree.
Demonstrated ability to effectively train and educate clinicians in a clinical environment.
Ability to consistently deliver financial results and achieve sales quota.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations under stress.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Experience using a CRM system - preferably Salesforce.com.
Ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts.
Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to work independently and with others.
Ability to travel a minimum of 50%.
Ability to achieve credentialing through Vendormate and other Vendor Credentialing agencies in the region, including being vaccinated against COVID-19.
Ability to establish a professional virtual office to conduct virtual sales calls, product demonstrations and in-services.
Compensation & Benefits
Estimated starting annual base salary pay ranges is $80,000 - $90,000, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. The actual compensation offered may vary based on factors such as location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range.
