Annual compensation between $70,000 - $80,000 plus a quarterly performance-based discretionary incentive. Compensation is dependent on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to an applicant\u2019s skills, education/degrees, certifications, prior experience, market data, and other relevant factors.

What You Will Do ul Essential Functions
This position will be dedicated to the USPS EAP Program. The USPS Clinical Consultant will provide EAP services including short-term counseling/problem solving, educational and training activities, referral, monitoring, behavioral health consultation, critical incident response and follow-up. The USPS Clinical Consultant is responsible for providing services in-person, telephonically or via video.

Please note the position is hybrid and requires local travel and in-office time. The USPS office location is in Green Bay, WI.

Consultation & Training Expertise: Provide consultation, training of, and assistance to USPS and union leadership.

Counseling & Coaching: Provide counseling and coaching through one-on-one interactions, either in-person or telephonically.

Crisis Response: Provide critical incident response and psychological first aid for events that impact the workforce.

Who You Are
Required Qualifications

This position is a federally contracted position with the United States Postal Service with specific requirements for all candidates including:

Ability to pass background checks and screenings (criminal, education, employment, health care sanctions, etc.) and a 10-Panel Drug Screen.

Ability to undergo a Public Trust background investigation and receive a favorable adjudication.

US Citizenship for at least 5 years.

Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) acceptable.

A master\u2019s and/or doctorate degree in a clinical mental health field from an accredited college or university

A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience after graduating

Current state license or state certification to practice as a mental health practitioner in the practice state(s) or equivalent national certification

Authority to practice independently without requiring state-mandated clinical supervision

Ability to complete accurate bio-psychosocial assessments, including substance abuse assessments

Specialized experience in phone and video counseling

Keen awareness of federal and state privacy laws, confidentiality, duty to warn, and abuse reporting requirements

Confidentiality obligations, with authorization required before sharing specific information

Driving ability with active driver\u2019s license and insurability

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Certified Employee Assistance Professionals (CEAP) or related EAP knowledge
