Schedule: Part Time – 40 hours/pay period – Monday to Friday – 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
As a Clinical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating clinical services across Vivie’s senior living divisions. You will provide expert leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and best practices in clinical care. By developing standardized policies, optimizing workflows, and guiding clinical teams, you will enhance care quality, drive innovation, and support new service initiatives.

This Job Also Requires Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
Five years of leadership experience in healthcare operations or senior living.
Extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical best practices in assisted living and long-term care.
Strong interpersonal, organization, and leadership skills to guide clinical teams effectively.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with site leaders, RNs, and interdisciplinary teams.
Ability and willingness to travel across Vivie’s senior living campuses as needed.
Ability to pass state mandated background checks.
Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with staff, residents, and visitors.
